The mission of The Compass Fellowship with the Kenneth Cole Foundation is to identify “passionate young entrepreneurs.” Here are a few qualities we associate with our current members, and will look for when choosing our brand new Compass Fellows.

Excitment surrounds everything we do. The Compass Fellowship with the Kenneth Cole Foundation may be a highly selective social entrepreneurship training program, but it’s also an incredible, fun-loving community, filled with exceptionally talented entrepreneurs, academics, and professionals. Social Venture Development

We’re looking for passionate young innovators who and driven to participate proactively. We empower young social entrepreneurs to develop their own world-changing solutions, and we believe that there is no better way to learn than by doing. By the end of their freshman year of college, each Fellow will have created a social venture that is:

  • Operationally Possible
  • Financially Sustainable
  • Socially Beneficial
